You will be able to exchange messages with the requester (recipient) by pressing the « Chat » button on the transaction page. Changing the delivery date and time will not be taken into account via messages; it will only be taken into account if you make a request via the application using the dedicated « Change Delivery Date » button, and if the recipient accepts the change.
