You can evaluate the application and the requester (recipient) after the transaction has been finalized. You can only rate the application and the requester (recipient) once per transaction. The rating and comments left are visible to other users of the application.
As a delivery person, you can accept several advertisements if you wish. It’s up to you to honor each transaction.
