If the delivery deadline is exceeded without the correct code being entered before, the transaction cannot be finalized by you, you can send a complaint through the “Complaint” button on the transaction page. You must clearly explain the reasons for your complaint. The administrator can finalize the transaction if both parties agree, can block your account or collect the amount owed to the delivery person at the appropriate time.
