If the planned delivery date is exceeded without the correct code being entered beforehand, a questionnaire will be sent to you. You will have to answer and validate this questionnaire otherwise it will be considered as a breach of contract on your part. You can also send a claim via the «Complaint » button in the « My Account » section.
The transaction at this stage is still in progress, so you can finalize it with the delivery person at any time by entering the transaction validation code. You cannot validate the transaction if the delivery deadline has passed.
